The following provisions apply to products sold online directly by Grafitech Shop:

Who can benefit from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity they may carry out. Therefore, you cannot exercise it if you are a professional, defined as a person acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, or their intermediary.

When can you request withdrawal?
You have 14 (fourteen) days to request withdrawal from the date of receipt and/or collection of the products or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. You are not required to provide any reason for your withdrawal request.

Return costs
You will not incur any costs or penalties as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal. In some cases specifically described below, the costs of returning the product will be your sole responsibility.
