The H1 chip has incredibly low audio latency. The force sensor lets you control music or calls and switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode. With Message Readout, Siri can read incoming messages through your AirPods. And with Audio Sharing, you and another person can listen to the same audio on two pairs of AirPods, so you can play a game, watch a movie, or listen to music together.

Despite being incredibly lightweight, AirPods Pro block out ambient noise, allowing you to listen without distractions. This is thanks to Active Noise Cancellation, a technology that continuously adapts to the shape of your ear and the position of the ear tip. When you activate Transparency mode, AirPods Pro let in ambient sounds so you can stay connected to the world around you. The outward- and inward-facing microphones cancel out the isolating effect of the silicone ear tips, allowing you to hear everything naturally.
